For the Graduate workstream, scholars who have entered Australia before 24th November 2011 are eligible for 18 months of temporary residency visa.
For the Post-Study Workstream, a visa is for international students who have been graduated with a higher education diploma minimum of 2 years, Bachelor minimum 3 year,s and a master minimum of 2 years from Australian registered education providers, regardless of their field of study. Under this application, one can attain a Visa for a span of up to 48 months.
To be eligible for a Temporary Graduate Visa here’s a quick checklist for the applicant
· The applicant should be under 50 years of age
· The applicant should hold an eligible visa
· The applicant should have a recent qualification in a CRICOS-registered course
· The applicant should meet additional requirements of the relevant stream
As far as their qualification is concerned, they should either relate to an occupation on the skilled occupation list (Graduate workstream) or have a higher education degree (Post-Study Workstream). It’s quite essential to know that under the Graduate workstream, TR Visa has a duration of 18 months, Hong Kong passport holders may stay for 5 years, and for Post- Study workstream, the duration longs for 2 years to 4 years of temporary stay in the continent and Hong Kong passport holders may stay for 5 years.
